Why hosting jurisdiction is a compliance property.
Compliance evidence is a strange kind of data. It is the record of how you protect everything else: your control set, your gap analysis, your incident timelines, the documents you would hand an auditor or a regulator. If a third country can compel access to it, an attacker no longer needs to breach your systems to learn exactly where they are weak.
That is why jurisdiction is not a procurement checkbox. NIS2 and DORA both ask you to manage supply-chain and ICT third-party risk, and a provider subject to foreign disclosure law is precisely such a risk, no matter where the servers physically sit. Data residency answers where the bytes are. Jurisdiction answers who can compel them.

Where exactly does data live?
On EU soil, in the EU regions you choose, in transit and at rest. Encryption keys stay within EU jurisdiction, and AI inference runs on EU-sovereign infrastructure without leaving the region.
Do you run your own datacenters?
No. We build and operate our own platform and orchestration, deployed on infrastructure from European cloud providers. That is what lets us control the jurisdiction and the key management without reselling somebody else's managed product.
Is customer data used to train models?
No. Your content is never used to train models, and inference stays on EU-sovereign infrastructure.
Can we run this on our own infrastructure?
An on-premises deployment is available on the Soveryne tier, alongside a dedicated environment and dedicated GPUs for inference.
What happens if we leave?
Your data and your control set are exportable and billing is cancellable at any time. No lock-in is a design constraint, not a policy.
