This page explains how the Soveryne products fit together, how you sign in, and how you move from one product to another. Read it first if you are new to Soveryne.
The products at a glance
| Product | What it is for | Who mainly uses it |
|---|
| Command | Governing information security: controls, evidence, policies, frameworks, incidents and the audit log | Your security and compliance team, or your partner on your behalf |
| Counsel | Asking security and compliance questions, reading published policies, answering evidence requests | All your staff |
| MESH | The shared asset register, filled automatically from your clouds, directories and CMDB | Administrators; everyone else can browse it |
| ATLAS | Mapping and scanning what you expose to the internet, and ranking what to fix | Your security team, or your partner's consultants |
| BAIT | Phishing-awareness simulations, approved by a second person and reported per group | The few people who run your awareness programme |
| SPECTER | Threat and vulnerability intelligence: adversaries, techniques, malware and CVEs | Security analysts |
Command and Counsel both cite SAGE, the shared compliance knowledge base of standards and frameworks. You don't open SAGE on its own; you meet it in the sources an answer or a policy cites.
You may not use every product. Your workspaces are created for the products in your agreement.
How the products work together

Command --published policies, evidence requests--> Counsel
Counsel --submitted evidence--> Command
Your clouds, directories and CMDB --imports--> Mesh
Command <--reads, registers and retires assets--> Mesh
ATLAS --discovered hosts--> Mesh

Specter --CVE and adversary details--> ATLAS
Sage --standards and frameworks--> Command and Counsel
Command governs. You decide which frameworks apply, write and approve controls, attach evidence, and generate your policy documents. When you publish a policy, it goes to your staff in Counsel. When you need evidence from a colleague, you send an evidence request from Command, and they answer it in Counsel.
Counsel is where your staff take part. People read the policies published to their departments, answer the evidence requests sent to them, and ask questions in a chat that cites SAGE and their own documents.
MESH holds one shared asset register. It imports from the sources you connect and keeps one record per real-world thing. In Command you see the same register under Assets, where you register, edit and retire assets and answer import questions. ATLAS records the hosts it discovers there. BAIT reads your staff groups from the directory you connect in MESH.
ATLAS discovers and scans. It maps your internet-facing estate, finds weaknesses, and shows the routes from the internet to your crown jewels. What it finds appears on the matching assets in Command.
BAIT runs awareness simulations. It sends simulated phishing to the groups you choose, only after a second person approves, and reports results per group.
SPECTER supplies intelligence. Analysts look up adversaries, techniques, malware and CVEs in SPECTER. ATLAS uses SPECTER's vulnerability catalogue to add CVE details to what it finds, and its adversary catalogue to show how known groups could reach you.
Note
Command also has its own Threat intel tab on the Dashboard. It reads the news feeds you subscribe to; it is separate from SPECTER.
Partners and customers
Many organisations use Soveryne through a managed-service partner, such as an IT provider or a security consultancy.
Your partner runs Command for you, and may run ATLAS for you as well. Partner tasks such as adding or removing a customer and setting the partner's branding are done in the partner portal.
Your staff use the partner's shared Counsel. Each organisation's documents, chats and requests stay private to that organisation.
Evidence requests only reach your staff when your Counsel is linked to the partner's Command. A Counsel that is not linked to a partner has no Requests tab.
If you work with Soveryne directly, you get a workspace for each product you use. See the onboarding checklist.
Signing in
Everyone signs in with the work account they already have, through single sign-on. Soveryne does not create passwords.
1Open the Soveryne sign-in page, or the web address of one of your products.
2Choose your identity provider, for example Google or Microsoft, and sign in with your work account.
3After you sign in, the Soveryne sign-in page lists the products you can use under Your applications.
4Choose a product to open it. You are already signed in.
Your account is created the first time you sign in. Who may sign in, and with which role, is decided by your organisation's sign-in rules. See Single sign-on and Roles and permissions.
Moving between products
Every product has a profile menu at the top right, behind your initials.
To go to another product, open the profile menu and choose Return to portal. You are back at the list of your applications, and you can open the next product without signing in again.
To sign out, open the profile menu and choose Log out.
Some products also link to each other directly:
In Command, Assets › Connected sources has an Open MESH button.
A policy you publish in Command arrives in your staff's Knowledge › Policies in Counsel.
An evidence request you send in Command arrives in the recipient's Knowledge › Requests in Counsel.
Language and theme
Each product has its own language and theme settings.
| Product | Theme | Language |

| Command | Auto, Light or Dark, under Appearance › Theme in the profile menu. Auto follows your computer's setting. | EN or NL, under Appearance › Language in the profile menu |
| Counsel | Light, Dark or Auto, under Appearance › Theme in the profile menu | EN or NL, under Appearance › Language in the profile menu |
| ATLAS | Toggle theme button in the header, saved for you | EN and NL buttons in the header, saved for you. NL translates the navigation only |

| MESH | One light look | English |
| SPECTER | One light look | English |
Some points to know:
Command also has a Content language for the whole workspace, under Account settings in the profile menu. It decides the language that AI-written drafts and chat answers use, and the language people start in. Only an Admin can change it.
Counsel saves your choice with your account, so it follows you to other devices. When you choose NL, Counsel also answers your questions in Dutch.
ATLAS and BAIT save your theme and language for you, so they are the same on every device you sign in from.
